Penis Enlargement by Fat Injection and Skin Grafting:
This athlete was unhappy with the girth of his penis and felt terribly insecure due to its small thin size. Prof Wilson injected 18 ccs of fat in the penis to increase the girth by 2cm. He also enhanced the size of the glans penis, and thus restored the self confidence of the patient.
Penis Enlargement by Fat Injection and Release of the Suspensory Ligament:
Fat grafting transfers purified fat from the patient’s body to the penile shaft. A type of stem cell has been found in adipose tissue which could also help stimulate blood flow and natural growth. Prof Wilson performed fat grafting on this 38 year old patient, leading to increased girth and increased length of the Penis.
Prof Wilson also released the suspensory ligament which anchors the penis to the pubic symphysis. This ligament between the penis and the pubic symphysis helps to keep a portion of the penis safely within the body while also providing support for the penis when it is erect. It also creates the appearance of an arched angle between the penile base and pubic area. By cutting this ligament, the flaccid penis is effectively lengthened since there is no support to keep the penis inside of the body. The penis will also lay lower against the body at an obtuse angle, giving the perception of lengthening

Penis Enlargement by Combination of Filler and Fat Injection and Release of the Suspensory Ligament:
This 57 year old patient had a micro-penis with only 7 cm flaccid girth. In order to invcrease the girth to 13 cm, Prof Wilson used a combination technique. He injected 24 ccs of fat and 11 ccs of filler to achieve the desired girth. Simultaneously, he released the suspensory ligament of the penis to increase the flaccid length. The patient was much happier with the new size of his penis.
Fat Grafting to Enlarge the Penis and Suspensory Ligament release in an Uncircumcised Patient
This 43 year old patient, who was recently divorced, was unhappy with both the length and girth of his Penis. Prof Wilson injected 32 ccs of fat to increase the girth by 3 cm. He also released the suspensory ligament of the penis to increase the length by 1.5 cm. Note the enlarged an natural look of the penis.
Circumferential Penis Enlargement by Fat Injection
This patient had a small thin penis (micropenis), which caused him to get divorced twice. He was also overweight with extra fat in the pubic area. Prof Wilson operated on him and removed the extra fat in the pubic area which buried the base of the penis. Prof Wilson used High definition Vaser Liposuction, and this gave the penis an extra 1.5 cm in length. He treated the fat and grafted 55 ccs to increase the girth of the penis. Finally he released the suspensory ligament, which gave him an additional 1.5 cm in length. The patient was overjoyed with the outcome and is now happily married (albeit for the third time).
Removal of Previous Filler, Fat Injection and Suspensory Ligament Release:
in a deformed bent penis who previously had Juvederm Voluma filler Injection at another Clinic. There was asymmetry in the penis and deformity and small irregular shape from the previous filler injection. Prof Wilson removed the Filler and injected fat in the Penis and released the Suspensory Ligament. The resultant increased girth and increased length of the Penis and correction of deformities exceeded the expectations of the patient.
Circumferential Penis Enlargement by Fat Injection
This patient had a thin penis, which made him self conscious and insecure. The length was adequate but the girth was below his expectations. He considered different options, but decided on fat grafting. Fat grafting transfers purified fat from the his own body to the penile shaft. This fat includes also stem cells that help stimulate blood flow and natural growth. Prof Wilson grafted 50 mls of fat on this 33 year old patient, leading to increased girth and increased length of the Penis.
Pubic Liposuction, Penis Enlargement, Fat Injection and Suspensory Ligament Release:
This patient was unsatisfied with the length and girth of his penis, and was desired a larger and longer male organ. Prof Wilson performed Vaser High Definition Liposuction of the pubic area, to reduce the amount of penis tissue buried by the fat. Furthermore, he released the suspensory ligament and added 6 cm of girth by fat injection. The patient was proud and happy with the new length and girth of his penis.

A 68 year old man with Erectile Dysfunction following irradiation to a cancer of a prostate.
Semirigid Implants were Inserted in the Penis. However the patient was still unhappy with the Girth of the Penis. One year later, Prof Wilson injected 25 ccs of fat into the shaft of the Penis to enhance the girth. The patient was extremely satisfied with the shape and function of his new penis.

This patient had sexual and psychologic issues due to the smaller size of his male organ. Prof Wilson injected 30 ccs of his own body fat, and increased the girth of the penis by 1 inch. He also released the suspensory ligament to enhance the length of the penis.

Prof Wilson enhanced the girth of this small long Penis by fat injection. He injected 65 ccs of fat and increased the circumference of the penis by 5 cm. The patient was very happy with the shape and function of his new penis.

This young man was recently married and wanted to impress his bride.. Prof Wilson injected 19 ccs of temporary Hyaluronic acid filler to enhance the girth of the penis, which made it 3.8 cm thicker .
Deformed Penis from Previous Permanent Filler. Fat Injection and Suspensory Ligament Release:
This patient had a permanent filler previously injected in an East European country that gave him a conical unnatural appearance of the penis and a rigid hard feeling. Prof Wilson used fat grafting to correct the shape of the penis and restore its natural look. Furthermore, the fat gave it a softer texture and a pleasant feel Finally, he released the suspensory ligament to lengthen the penis. Dr Wilson could not remove the permanent filler since it was adherent firmly to the penile tissues.
