This beautiful 43 year old woman had a filler injected to enhance her jawline definition at another Clinic. Unfortunately she developed an infection in the filler, whose quality was questionable. Previous attempts to dissolve the filer were unsuccessful, until she sought the help of Prof Wilson. He made a small cut in an invisible area behind the ear, and through a long track, drained the pus and removed the cyst. The swelling kept draining for 3 weeks, until the the cyst disappeared and there were no visible scars in the face.
