After you receive an appointment through the patient coordinator, please forward the appropriate fee using the PayPal buttons below.
For patients without PayPal accounts, you can forward the fees by Bank Transfer to any of our accounts in Egypt, the UK, Europe, or Canada. We never ask for your credit/debit card details, and we never charge your card at our end.
We will send you the International Bank Account Number (IBAN) and Sort Code of the Bank / Router number , and you can wire the fees. Usually they are deposited within 24 hours if your account is in the same country. If your account is from a different country, it might take 3-4 working days for the funds to hit our account. Please take this into consideration when booking an appointment.
Alternately, you can send the fees via Western Union to any of its branches in Cairo.
Sometimes, your travel plans might change, or unforeseen circumstances might force you to cancel your travel altogether. We fully understand and try to accommodate your needs as much as possible. If available, we could reschedule your appointment date for free.
If you decide to cancel your appointment altogether, we also understand and do our best to help you. A full refund is offered for appointments booked by Online Secure Booking and cancelled 6 weeks or more prior to the scheduled date.
For cancellations between six weeks and 15 days prior to the scheduled date, only 30% of the deposit will be refunded, minus taxes and administrative fees.
For no show or cancellations less than 15 days, there will be no refunds.
