Prof Wilson used the Erbium- Fractional Laser resurfacing to smooth the scars and level off the skin. The patient needed 4 sessions of Laser treatment, and was satisfied with the smooth surface and level skin.




Disfiguring Skin tags and dark spots in the face of a 22 year old male:
Prof Wilson used Ablative Carbon Dioxide Fractional Laser to remove them in a single session. The spots and tags were removed, and the judicial use of the Laser avoided any complications.
Fine wrinkles, Freckles, and Pigments in the face of a 62-year old woman:
Prof Wilson decided to use non ablative fractional Nd-YAG Laser to treat the challenging problems of this patient. She needed 4 sessions, and not only have the pigments been removed, but her face looks more fresh and young. Interestingly, the lower eyelid tear trough deformity has also improved.




Deep wide scar in the right cheek of a 22-year old man:
Prof Wilson decided to use a combination therapy: 3 sessions of non ablative fractional Nd-YAG Laser and diode Laser, in addition to 100 IU of Botox . After completion of the treatment, the scars looks inconspicuous and more level with the surface of the adjacent skin.
Pitting Scars after face thread lifting in a 69 year old woman:
Prof Wilson considers such pits and scars as an untoward complication of thread lifts. Treating them is quite a challenge, but he achieved a magnificent result in this patient with 3 sessions of Fractional Erbium Laser resurfacing.



Stubborn Pigments and fine scars in the temple and cheek of a 37-year old man:
Prof Wilson used also a combination of treatments to manage this challenging problem. He used 3 sessions of non ablative fractional Nd-YAG Laser, in addition to injection of stem cells. At the conclusion of treatment, pigments have been removed and the scars have been rendered inconspicuous.

Although Dr Wilson is usually reluctant to use Laser on post burn skin, he found the good texture of this patient’s scar encouraging. After 6 sessions of non ablative fractional Nd-YAG Laser, the irregularities have been flattened and overall appearance much improved.
