Dr. Wilson performed lip reduction giving her a more cosmetic appearance with an invisible scar and a more cosmetic appearance. Surgery was performed as a day case under local anesthesia, enabling the patient to go home the same day. She resumed her daily activities the following morning.
Prof Wilson performed surgical lip reduction using general anesthesia. Dr Wilson made a cut along the whole length of the upper and lower lips, on the inside of the mouth. then, he weakened the muscle removed a strip of tissue.

Dr. Wilson performed lip enlargement surgery using silicone implants giving her a more cosmetic symmetric appearance. Through two small 2mm invisible cuts at the edges of the lips, he inserted the silicon implants. The patient ended up with fuller lips with an aesthetically harmonious appearance.

This congenital problem called Cleft Lip and Nose was unfortunately inadequately incorrectly repaired in childhood. Prof Wilson performed lip lip correction on this this notched lip, with an inverted V appearance. He repaired the muscle and raised the lip using fat grafting. In the same session, Prof Wilson tackled the deviated broad asymmetric nose by concomitant full rhinoplasty (nose job)., Note the marked improvement in the appearance of the patient.
This 19 year old girl had a cleft lip deformity that was corrected when she was 3 years old. However she was unhappy with the shape of her lips and asymmetry in the lip contour. Prof Wilson grafted 25 ccs of nano fat in the lips to restore the contour. He also successfully camouflaged the asymmetry and gave her fuller sexy lips.
This lady had previous fillers injected in another Clinic. She was unhappy with the asymmetry of the lips and the thin appearance of the upper lip. Prof Wilson restored the symmetry by injecting 1.5 mls of Juvederm Filler and PRP in the upper lip and 0.4 mls in the lower lip.The new size and symmetry made the patient very happy.
