Breast Augmentation Enlargement Enhancement surgery is a procedure performed to reshape and increase the size and fullness of the breast. Enlarging the breasts might help you enhance your appearance if you feel that your breasts are too small, or if you feel that one is smaller than the other or that they are different in shape. Prof Wilson corrects also uneven breasts due to previous surgery or from birth. This can be performed surgically by placing an implant behind each breast to increase its volume and enhance its shape or by injecting fat in the breast, or a combination of both (Hybrid). You may want to restore your breasts due to changes that occur after weight loss, childbirth or as a result of aging. In each of these types of cases, breast augmentation improves physical appearance and also enhances self-esteem.
Breast Augmentation Enlargement Enhancement surgery can enhance your appearance and your self-esteem, but it won’t necessarily change your looks to match your ideal, or cause other people to treat you differently. Prof Wilson designs the Breast augmentation procedure to increase the size of small or underdeveloped breasts. These surgeries can also restore and enhance your breast volume if it has decreased as a result of pregnancy and breast feeding. The best candidates for Breast Augmentation or Enhancement (Enlargement) surgery are women who are looking for improvement in the way they look. Appropriate candidates are physically healthy and have a reasonable desire to have their breasts enlarged.

During the consultation for Breast Augmentation Breast Enlargement Breast Enhancement, Prof Wilson will inquire about your desired breast size and anything else related to the appearance of your breasts that you feel is important. Dr. Wilson will examine your breasts and will consider such factors as the size and shape, the quality of your skin and the placement of your nipples and areolas. If your breasts are sagging, he will recommend a breast lift mastopexy in conjunction with augmentation. You may find it helpful to bring examples of breast sizes from magazines to illustrate your desired breast size. He will ask whether you have a family history of breast cancer and about results of any mammograms. It is important to provide complete information.
The method of inserting and positioning your implant will depend on your anatomy, individual factors and personal preferences. Dr. Wilson will help you determine your appropriate breast size, the location of incisions, and whether the implants will be placed on top of or underneath the chest muscle. He makes the incision either in the crease where the breast meets the chest or around the areola. Prof Wilson makes every effort to assure that the incision is placed so that resulting scars would be eventually as inconspicuous as possible.
Working through the incision, Dr. Wilson will gently lift your breast tissue and skin to create symmetrical pockets, either directly behind the breast tissue or underneath your chest wall muscle (the pectoral muscle). He will then insert the implants and fill them with saltwater. The surgery usually takes 1 to 2 hours to complete. Prof Wilson uses sutures himself to close the incisions, and might cover them with tape may for greater support. The Registered Nurse finally applies a surgical bra over your breasts, to help with healing and to reduce swelling.

Stitches usually dissolve on their own after 2 weeks.
Prof Wilson will make a point of explaining in detail that the only risk to the implants is a deep prick, which will puncture them.
There is no scientific evidence that breast augmentation increases the risk of breast cancer. However the radiologist might find it more technically difficult to take and read mammograms in the presence of breast implants. This may be a special consideration for women who perhaps are at higher risk for breast cancer because of their family history or other reasons. Prof Wilson prefers placing the implant underneath the pectoral muscle, because this interferes less with mammographic examination. However, he also considers other aesthetic factors with regard to implant placement.
