Revision Biceps Implants in a 28 year Old Patient:
This patient had biceps arm implants placed in India but were put over the fascia leading to disfigurement, pain and visible edges. Dr Wilson replaced them with different silicon implants placed under the fascia, and gave a more aesthetically pleasing harmonious result. Note the excellent contour achieved by the correctly placed implants with smaller size. These are visible in the Male Biceps Photos.
Prof Wilson made a cut in the armpit region and the fascia overlying the biceps was identified. Next, he made a cut in this fascia to gain access to the muscle, and used an endoscope for that. Using blunt dissection, he created a pocket just below the biceps muscle on top of the long bone of the upper arm.
He then removed the old oversized implants and placed the new implants in this pocket. Afterwards, he sutured the muscle lining with absorbable sutures. Finally, he closed the skin by subcuticular sutures and did not insert any drains. Over time, scar tissue surrounded the implant and its pocket, where it stays for the rest of the person’s life. The other surgeons who placed the implants over the fascia subjected the patient to unnecessary complications.
Furthermore, Prof Wilson corrected his flat chest by Pectoral Implants. These gave him a better appearance.

Deformed and outer shift of Male Biceps or Pectoral Implants photos:
This patient had pectoral implants inserted 11 years ago under the pectoralis muscle. After having a breast reduction surgery and nipple complications, he ended up with a small depressed chest. To remedy that issue, chest implants were inserted at another Clinic. Unfortunately, areas of the muscle got torn during the surgery, leading to upward and outwards shift of the implants. The shape of the chest was grossly unnatural and the vacant skin below caused a visible deformity. Professor Wilson replaced the implants, repaired the muscle and placed them in a new plane. The patient was very happy with the new natural shape of his chest.
Revision Pectoral Chest Implants in a 36 year Old Patient:
This patient had pectoral chest implants inserted several years ago. However he always complained of the asymmetry, especially when contracting his pectorals. The right implant was sagging and oblique, whereas the left one was higher and more vertical. He tried revisions on the right chest with two surgeons in the UK, and both attempts were unsuccessful. The patient was very unhappy with the asymmetry and had lost all hope in having this deformity corrected. Dr Wilson operated on him during a trip to Egypt, and found the right implant was placed ABOVE the muscle, while the left implant was placed BELOW the muscle, which would explain the deformity and asymmetry. Prof Wilson revised all the surgeries and placed the implants underneath the muscle, thus restoring the symmetry and gave a more aesthetically pleasing harmonious result. Note the excellent contour achieved by the correctly placed implants.

Chest Pectoral Implants in a 71 year Old Patient:
This retired patient still spent time as a martial arts teacher. He was unhappy with his asymmetric flat chest, and wanted a more masculine shape. Professor Wilson inserted two pectoral implants underneath the muscle, using an invisible cut under the armpit. Note the more muscular chest shape of the patient.

Male Biceps or Pectoral Photos Implants in a 38 year Old Patient:
This body builder had small weak arms that affected his career. Dr Wilson inserted silicon implants under the fascia, giving a more aesthetically pleasing harmonious result. Note the excellent contour achieved by the correctly placed implants. More important is the natural appearance of the Male Biceps or Pectoral Photos.
